What’s the Rental Value of My Home? How to Price Your Rental

When you own a property that you intend to rent out, you want to know that you’re maximizing your investment opportunity, getting as much money from it as the market will bear while attracting the right tenants. Higher rent does not always mean better tenants.

The more bedrooms, the higher the rental value of the property.
